Frequently asked questions.
Everything you may want to know about Ferova — the drink, the craft, and how to get a bottle.
What is Ferova?
Ferova is a refined fermented botanical beverage made in Mexico. Each bottle begins with a living fermented base, then is infused with whole fruits and a single spice — never extracts, never added sugar. It is designed for people who care about what they drink and still want the night.
Is Ferova alcoholic?
No. Ferova is a non-alcoholic fermented beverage. Because it ferments naturally in glass, trace levels of alcohol under 0.5% ABV may occur, in line with other naturally fermented drinks.
Does Ferova contain added sugar?
No. Ferova contains no added sugar. Any sweetness comes from the whole fruit used in the second fermentation.
What flavors does Ferova make?
Three: Brava (pineapple, chili, lime), Amara (mango, turmeric, black pepper) and Selva (passionfruit, ginger, lime).
How much does a bottle of Ferova cost?
A single bottle of Ferova is 90 MXN. Tailored pricing is available for bars, restaurants, hotels and concept stores on request.
Where is Ferova made?
Ferova is crafted in a small studio in Mexico City, in weekly small batches. Each bottle is numbered, refrigerated, and hand-delivered.
How long does Ferova keep?
Unopened and refrigerated, Ferova keeps for 2–3 weeks. It is a living product, best enjoyed fresh.
Can Ferova be mixed with alcohol?
Yes. Ferova is designed as a base as much as a finish. It mixes cleanly with tequila, mezcal or any spirit, and works as the foundation for signature cocktails and mocktails.
Can bars and restaurants order Ferova wholesale?
Yes. Ferova works with a selection of bars, restaurants, hotels and concept stores across Mexico. Tailored partner pricing, recurring deliveries and custom formats are offered privately. Reach the studio at studio@ferova.mx.
How can I order Ferova?
Order directly on ferova.mx by the bottle. Pay online with card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other Stripe methods, or choose cash on delivery.
